While rumors fly that the Stick's "deportation" to China is just another word for "take-out," Stickheads everywhere are concerned about a more immediate issue: WHY ARE THERE BARS? The name of this Chinese restaurant doesn't mean peaceful mountain in Chinese. The character "Tai" of this restaurant is different from the "Tai" of the famous mountain. Even the pronunciation is different - they don't have the same intonation.
The name of this restaurant "Tai Shan" is just a small town situated in Guangzhou province (southern China, near Hong Kong).

as a panda cam fanatic i can tell you that he's not closed in there. there's an opening in the bars and that leads to a small room, which then leads to the big room with all the rocks. it's weird though, he seems to really like those bars!
Yeah, he's always lying next to those bars and kicking his little arms and legs through them, or using them to pull himself up to a standing position ...
I saw the baby panda last week, and since during my allotted 10 minutes the cute little bugger stuck to rolling around in the cage, I can attest that he's not stuck behind bars. Half of the "cell" is open, he's free to roam, but the part that appears on the cam is bars.
Return to the wild.
Butterstick is suffering from hallucinations...he thinks the bars are trees, trunks, logs...Poor butterstick.
Save butterstick! Set him free. Send him back to his forest.
